Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request may be subject to verification and approval.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after a product inspection is completed.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, tampered, or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Certain products may be marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
